Refund & Return

Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Eligibility for Refunds/Returns:

  • Incorrect product received.
  • Product damaged during transit.
  • Defective product.

Requirements for Returns:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.
  • Do not return the product directly to the manufacturer.

Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days and will be credited to the customer’s bank account.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are not possible.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your payment provider company; some processing delays may occur.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as refunds can take some time to post.
